Who is Thrive for?
Thrive is designed for founders who feel underestimated and often face the challenges of building something real from the ground up. If you’re running a lean, profit-focused business and sometimes struggle to see yourself as a true entrepreneur, you’ll find a community here that truly gets you.

How do you match me with a peer group?
We take a careful, three-pronged approach to matching. First, we group founders based on revenue (from 0 to 100K, 100K to a million, and over a million). Then, we consider personality traits—ensuring a mix of visionaries, executors, and facilitators. Finally, we look for a common thread, whether it’s being a second-time founder or having a specific background, so that every group feels like you’re among your true peers.

What can I expect from my peer group calls?
Your peer group will meet twice a month for a 90-minute Zoom session, guided by a dedicated facilitator. It’s a space for honest, no-nonsense conversations where you can share both your struggles and wins, and learn actionable insights from others who have been in your shoes.

Are there any in-person meetups?
Yes! We host an annual multi-day summit for members every fall, bringing the community together for deep connections, learning, and collaboration. In addition, several of our cities have a social chair who organizes monthly in-person meetups, giving members a chance to build relationships locally.

How do I know if I’m a good fit?
After you apply, you’ll have a 1:1 interview with Thrive’s founder. He’ll walk you through the experience, answer any questions you have, and give you an honest assessment of whether Thrive is the right fit for you. Our goal is to make sure every member feels at home here—if we’re not the best community for you, we’ll tell you upfront.
